From IT consultant to food blogger & vegan nutritionist.
My culinary journey in fact started with deep-frozen pizza and instant soups during my school years. It wasn’t until I moved out for my studies that I really discovered and fell in love with cooking.
I earned my Bachelors of Business & IT Management and right after, started working as an IT consultant for the finance sector. During that time, I transitioned to a vegan diet and started my food blog Sarah’s Vegan Guide to share about my two passions – veganism and cooking.
In 2020, I decided to further pursue my passion for veganism and nutrition with a vegan nutritionist training.
My why.
I believe what we eat is an often overlooked aspect of our life where we can make a huge difference. For our planet, other sentient beings on it and our own well-being and health. With my work, I want to empower others to feel their best and leave a positive impact on this world.
Eating healthy does not mean giving up on taste or indulgence.
My approach towards nutrition is not an “all-or-nothing” approach. There are no “good” or “bad” foods. I’m not a fan of diets, restrictions and “one-size-fits-all” approaches. I believe eating healthy can and should make you feel amazing!
